  We’ve had a horrible roach infestation since the beginning, management claims they have sprayed multiple times but we’ve never seen a difference in the problem. Our apartment is kept very clean and clutter free so it’s not from us. Now when we complain mgmt just gives us attitude and says there’s nothing more they can do.
  As of tomorrow the whole complex will have been without hot water for 6 days. It went out Friday and there were no efforts made to get it fixed until Monday and it’s still out.
  Look elsewhere for an apartment because they clearly have no intention of ensuring residents have clean, sanitary housing.

  Terrible place stay away, we have had no hot water for almost a week, and they blame it on the city of ft. Worth....
