We had one of those bad days and these 3 employees made me to want to be part of their team with such service happiness and good vibes we felt in the store. They showed a smile, team work, communication skills and 100% extra mile to assist us. That is what I call making the difference. Even we experience a bad service from another employee named “Rikki”.
Richard the Manager assure me he will handle the situation and apologize on behalf “Rickki”. I have already choose this store as a my favorite Auto Zone store!
