  Management was awesome! The apartment is very nice loving it so far. I would recommend this place to anyone. I woukd advise to call the office before going off the reviews on here.

  I stopped by this apartment complex today to ask for information regarding their 2 bedroom apartments and to possibly get a tour of an apartment. These apartments appear to be very nice from the outside so I was optimistic when I was driving into the complex.
  
  That all changed when my wife and I walked into the leasing office and were greeted rudely by a staff member named Emelia. We quickly told her that we were looking to rent a 2 bedroom, move in date, preferences, etc. She looked completely uninterested and was rude the entire visit.
  
  She took us on a tour of the model apartment and just stood by the front door until we were done looking around. She did not offer to show us around nor did she answer any questions we had regarding the apartment. When we got back to the leasing office, she gave us a brochure and said "Anything else?", and walked away, without even waiting for a response.
  
  Needless to say, the quality of these apartments are very nice and I would've truly considered living here if it were not for the rude staff member. Therefore, I will not be leasing at this property. First impressions are everything and Emelia completely ruined the experience for my wife and I.
  
  Right after this, we drove about a mile down the street to another complex with the complete opposite experience and received excellent customer service. It goes to show that being friendly will take you a long way. If you're going to be in the customer service industry, consider being friendly.
