  This is by far the worst experience.
  I took my car to get fixed there due to a wreck I had. The caliber reps were not very helpful nor would they return calls at a timely matter. It was always me trying to reach out. I was in a rental over 30 Days and on top of that I got charged $777.43 on to my cc. And caliber collision has yet not reimbursed me yet, they never notified that they were going to take an extra 9 day. Then when I picked up the car we drove off and later that day we noticed that are alarm system was not working. Then it led to my battery sign would popup on the dash board. I showed up personally and asked for them to fix the problem. I spoke to the guy that was dealing with car and he asked if we could take it in. We made it clear that the car was not safe to drive and they took it upon them self to drive are car to the shop and the car died out. Later that day they called and notified us that the car died out and they didn't close the hood properly and as they drove off and the front hood popped up and made a dent on hood and cracked the front windshield. The car stayed there to get fixed we just got it back on 8/3/2017. And are alarm system is still not functioning. One thing I can say the replaced the battery and alternator but can't lock my doors and if I do the alarm goes off. It's been nothing but disappointments since day one. I will never go back as a customer again. And this is the caliber off of white settlement.
