  Worst experience yet. I have been using enterprise for several years now but recently I've been having some issues with this store that make me not want to use enterprise and will defiantly make me not come back to this store. The main problem I had recently was that I was being overcharged. I reserved a car online a few days in advance to use to go down south about 7 hours from where we live which I have done in the past. When I get to the store the guy behind the counter starts asking where am I going what am I going for, trying to be nice but I knew he was up to something. And yes, he then starts to tell me it's going to be 100 dollars more for insurance because I will be traveling out of town, I told him that they have never asked me for this before he just says they probably didn't know but it was going to be that much and he couldn't do anything. So I tell him it's too much that I'll come back maybe we can go with a friend to the wedding. So we go outside to the parking lot look at car rental companies and reserve a car with Avis across the street. They are the nicest they could be. Even with short notice we get a car fast and much cheaper then enterprise. For better service and prices just go across the street to Avis.
