Ordered a 15 page, black and white print service online. Estimated time of completion was 2.5 hr wait! I called to see if it would be any quicker because I needed to be in Dallas before then. He said no because of all the other jobs they had to do. I had no special requests or anything!
I ordered from another FedEx closer to my destination. It gave the same estimated wait time. I got an email 5 minutes later that it was completed!! I'm thankful that other locations are able to multi-task.
