  Frank Kent where I bought My Cadillac CTS 2016. This place has been good since the beginning of the purchase, but when the car problems started, they start to treat me with a different way !!
  Here is my story
  I felt a problem in the transmission and the car still under warranty (49k miles) I made appointment at the service and they told me that we the problem is the drive shaft and we will change it but come back later until we order the part for you. after week they changed the part and I received the car, but the problem didn’t fix the car still snitching and i hear sound every time i stop from the rear side of the car, I contacted them and took another appointment , but at the appointment day The advisor told me the problem was fixed and there is nothing else we could do !! Our conversation ended up to make another appointment to drive the car with a technical person to see what’s happening while driving , but here the the surprise when i came at this appointment there is no technical person to drive with me and the advisor came and said hey we sorry but the GM Motors refused to touch the car !!!! What you mean with refused?! And when they gave you this order and nobody even looked at the car ?! Or you just said that to end up everything with me !! Cheaters
  Be aware people of after sale from those un professional service
