  this is probably one of the worst experiences I have had and I feel that my money was wasted office girls were not really that nice. the biggest issue I have is that I was perscribed medicine that needed pre auth from the insurance an doctor I called back and told the receptionist the issue and she asked me to hold and just transferred me to voicemail box which I was extremely confused so I called back again and she said I have to leave a message so she called transferred me back over and I spoke to someone and told her the issue an she just asked for my number to call her back which I gave to her. that appointment was on 2/5 and still till this very day I have not received a call back and the pharmacy said they are still waiting on auth from physician mind you I only had two days off work for this condition and I still dont have the medicine needed. and on top of that I had to go to another doctor which was even more money out of pocket because this matter wasn’t taken care of an still hasn’t been. I will never step foot in that office again nor recommend this facility to anyone
