  So, over the weekend I went to this location on Hulen and it was crazy hectic. You can tell they were short staffed and I felt bad for them so I told them to take their time making my drink. When I finally got my smoothie, it was made wrong. One of the young ladies, I think she was new, accidentally put the wrong juice in it trying to get the drinks out fast. It was really packed so I totally understood and assured them it was okay. The young, sweet lady informed me that it’s their policy to remake drinks if customers don’t like them. She was wearing a black polo and she had pink and purple highlights in her hair. I believe her name was Haley, she was sweet and really helped me. The other two young ladies were nice as well. But thanks to the young lady in the black polo who originally helped me, I will be coming back. Hopefully it’s more staff on the weekends so they won’t have problems like this any longer.

  This was my first time ever at a Jamba Juice and the 3 girls there made it excellent!
  
  The atmosphere was very friendly and they really seemed to care about making my first experience memorable pleasant.
  
  My first drink was the “lotta horchata” and they could tell I didn’t really enjoy it and insisted on making me another one that I’d prefer.
  
  Superb customer service and yummy smoothies!
