  Terrible management and employees. I went in the drive thru, no line and got my food extremely fast. Glanced at my food, and drove home with my kids to then find I was missing $10 worth of food which was someone's entire meal. Called immediately, and headed straight back very unhappy. Upon arriving back with my entire bag of food in hand, I waited in line for 10 minutes. While waiting I saw a lady push trash down with her hand, the same lady making people's food! And I watched the manager do absolutely NOTHING to help her employees during a rush. When it became my turn, the manager shouted "it's the hot wing lady" (my hot wings were missing). She did not come to me, apologize or even speak to me. The employee took my food, and I asked it all be replaced fresh. I have worked for KFC, and I am currently a manager in a different field. To not immediately tend to a customer standing in line with an entire bag full of food is the FIRST MISTAKE. To not apologize for their mistake is the SECOND MISTAKE. Manager needs to be replaced, and employees need more training as if the drive thru employee had checked my order as she should have this would have never happened.
