  This is the worst resale shop that has been my misfortune to shop/sell at. They pretty much rip you off BIG TIME when you sell very nice name brand kids’ clothes. They’ll pretty much rip you off no matter what you sell. You can either have cash or store credit. The cash is a lot lower than store credit. So if you take the store credit, your at risk of them keeping it on “record” with no receipt. They don’t print out an itemized receipt so you have no idea that they took a brand new with tags hundred dollar item for 2 dollars. Oh! Don’t forget to grab your unwanted clothes they didn’t buy from you. They never gave back mine and I had a pair of new ugg boots in the bag. I called next day and they never found my bag! They said, “oh it must of already been donated, but you can have these scratch offs.” I don’t want scratch offs I want compensation for your idiocy. Absolutely intolerable, scam-like behavior if you ask me. They say that they do not take clothes with minor tears or stains but 50% of their clothes I’ve seen were worn to heck. Their clothes are definitely not clean when you purchase them. Hence why the store smells like vomit and cheap plugin air freshener. I seriously gag trying to shop here.
