    Ordered pizza, didn't get a receipt, was told 40 minute wait; waited and still no pizza. Nobody can do a refund. There were several other people who didn't get receipts. This isn't even the first bad experience here.

    UPDATE: the manager wouldn't give refunds without a receipt (that the employees were throwing away instead of giving to customers.)
