- Ben LinigerJun 29, 2018★ ★ ★ ★ ★This place is HUGE, no wonder they call it "The Castle". Rendy and the team have set up a first class place to train for serious gains. Whether you are into Strongman, Powerlifting, Bodybuilding, or CrossFit they've got you covered. Tons of specialty bars, calibrated plates, racks, bumper plates, tires to flip....this place has it all.
My only issue is no heat in the winter.....I hate lifting heavy in the cold. I drive 20 miles to train here because it's worth it!
