    Fantastic local gym!
    Smaller gym but packed with equipment, free weights, cardio equipment, spin bikes and more.
    Friendly, helpful staff who can also provide training.
    I want shine a spotlight on Alex who helped me find a great place to work out and then warmly welcomed me each time I came in.
    Best of all, there's no Meatheads here just people who want to get into shape and happy to help you out with a spot or friendly chat between sets.

    My only misgiving about the facility are their hours.
    The management needs to open up earlier and DEFINITELY stay open later than 5:00pm on Saturday!
    This is extremely inconvenient for those of us who work on Saturday yet would love to workout in evening.
