    When the a/c came on but there was no cold air from the blower, the initial thought was a dead motor, a $5-600 cost. But with a closer examination of the system, it turned out to be a loose wire. Once all was re-connected the a/c worked fine. It was a big relief and savings not to install a new motor that speaks to their honesty and integrity.
