- D. OncoJul 27, 2018★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I am a very dissatisfied customer. I will be transferring my account tomorrow. This bank is not very customer oriented and is dishonest. The hours of operation and even the ability to call and check on your accounts are very limited. Also I felt I was mislead when I signed up for their $100 deal for openning an account. Suffice it to say, they didn't pay, but to make matters worse, they were rude when I called about it. Even though my other bank doesn't try to bribe customers with phony deals, I will be adding the Pinnacle account to the other bank. I learned my lesson.
