    The food is good, the place is always immaculate. The service is beyond slow. Sometimes the rice is way too salty.
    I usually go to Pollo Regio twice a month, decided to check the reviews and see what people has experienced,then I see this particular review that cought my attention.
    Someone decided to leave a negative review of this place, OWNER sarcastically replied this. (PICTURE BELOW READ) How can this owner say this. I relate to this because I've gotten salty rice before. I wouldn't want this owner responding that way.
    Place is great people! Customer service not so great!.
