    New Management??

    Sam's Cleaners has been my go to since the location is ideal for easy in/out to and from work. I have been using this cleaner for many years; however, it is as if new management or ownership has acquired this business. Sam's Cleaners has significantly dropped in service, quality, and overall customer experience. I have not recognized any of the staff in the past few months and the quality of work has taken a drastic hit. During my most recent visit, I was instructed to unbutton all buttons on my dress shirts, albeit, this is minuscule, I have never done this in the past. As I picked up this same batch of clothes, my dress pants had double creases down the front, a prime example of the acceptable quality now. I will not be returning to this cleaner and will gladly take my monthly business elsewhere.
