  This location is a traditional Sam location. Customer service has always been a priority as well as cleanliness in every inch of the store. I go there at least once a month and not once have I ever felt the need to go to another location. Keep up the good work!

  On 11/22/17 11:43 I was refunded my money for some beats headphones after waiting 20 minutes for something I had all ready payed for only for them to tell me they where showing 4 in stock but could not find them. I payed with a $50 gift card and the rest on a visa credit card. The lady "Martina" told me that she could not refund me my money in the same way that I payed that it would either need to be all in a credit card or all in a gift card. I agreed for it to go back to my credit card. Today as I'm checking my credit card statement I saw that only the money that was used on my credit card was refunded and not the money on the gift card. I called the store I went to, to see what I could do. The lady that answered again was MARTINA and she was rude I asked her for the customer service number and instead of giving it to me she went on about why would I need the customer service number and was getting loud and extremely rude to the point where she was not letting me speak! It went from something simple all she needed was to give me the number to her screaming at me. While I was at Sam's club she was rolling her eyes and huffing, I decided to let it go then but today she crossed the line! So now I have $50 missing and my morning ruined thanks to Martina's lack of customer service. How can someone like this be at the customer service counter and answering phones?
