Zeke, an assistant manager at this store mishandled my iPhone trade-in paperwork so badly that At&t was unable to handle my $350 early termination fee (promotional reimbursement) for over 10 weeks; 4 weeks past the normal processing time. I transferred my girlfriend's sprint phone line as my 5th line and filed paperwork online in November to receive the $350 refund for switching that line to At&t. My refund was over 2 weeks past due and Zeke agreed to handle it that day. Later he called back to say it may take a couple more days. Now, over a week later and no word, no call or text from Zeke and he has not returned my messages. I'm effectively cheated out of the iPhone 6s I returned in November, and the early termination fees I paid to Sprint for switching to At&t. Shame on you Zeke! Furthermore, shame on you At&t !! I asked At&t billing staff and supervisors to help me resolve this - over 10 calls to their billing, support, and customer retention people but everyone says I CAN'T. I asked what I did wrong and they said nothing but you do this or that. I have done everything they asked and now my dignity demands I do what I CAN - SWITCH to Sprint or T Mobile. I'm just one person with 5 lines and 10 years loyally standing by AT&T. Everyone around back then knows how bad service was as they struggled to perform in the early iPhone era. Today, whoever is allowing this kind of indifference for the good will of customers Is destroying At&t for the long term. I'm sorry to leave At&t but I'm more sorry that At&t's values have eroded to this low level, and they think everything is OK. Its very very sad to be so betrayed but its at&t's loss.
