  TMGW was the supplier and installer of my kitchen counter tops. They provided excellent customer service, helped in the decision making of the type of granite and soapstone material, along with color. They made recommendations which were within my budget. They were also able to accommodate changes requested at the last minute. The installation was smooth and on schedule. The installers did quality work. My kitchen looks fabulous. I am very appreciative of the support provided. I would highly recommend this company.

  My experience was the same as some others here. I can only assume that unless you are planning on spending huge dollars with them, they don't seem to want your business. I needed counter tops for my kitchen and was only a $3200 quote so I guess it was not worth their time. The sales lady was helpful the two times I came in to pick out what I wanted and they have a great selection but would never follow up so I gave up and went to Natural Stone on Camp Bowie and had my new counter tops installed in less than a week. I'll be redoing my bathrooms soon and you know where I'll go.
  I would give a one star if it was not the fact that they have a large selection and if you can get any service from them, they probably do good work. I just think they need to go wholesale only and not try to cater to the general public as it was a waste of my valuable time.
