  My wife and I were excited to eat some yummy pizza before going to a show at Bass Hall. Unfortunately, our pizza, which took quite a while to come out, was VERY undercooked in the middle. We asked our waiter to please cook our pizza longer and he said he would, but when he brought our pizza back, it was equally as doughy in the middle as before. When I asked him a second time to please cook our pizza fully, he said if it were cooked anymore, the crust around the edges of the pizza would be burnt. I don't know about you, but I am not into eating raw dough. The slow service nearly made us late for our show. I will not be returning to UNO's and I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
