  Ventura foods Saginaw is it horrible please to work, management sucks and there’s no communication from HR I personally worked in the warehouse And have seen firsthand that this company does not care about the customers due to nasty housekeeping not following GMP’s and just overall lack of caring, HR will tell you exactly what you want to hear and never follow through. I had never been written up one time and got fired Even though I work every day that they needed me to, went to work an hour early and would come in on my days off to help management even if I was out with my family I would hurry up and get to work so that I can help. But will keep a whole shift of workers that aren’t worth the paper they are written up on. My opinion customer should really think about surprise visits so they can see all that is pushed under the rug, witch is a phrase Ventura used when they knew of the audits to come
